Welcome to Ivy Prep Edu. By browsing our site or registering for our programs, you acknowledge and accept the following terms. This document forms a legally binding agreement between the client (student or guardian) and Ivy Prep Edu.

1. Core Services and Registration: Ivy Prep Edu offers elite educational consulting and specialized SAT/ACT preparation. Enrollment is officially confirmed only after full payment is processed and a student conduct agreement is signed.

2. Guaranteed Program Provisions: For those in our Guaranteed Program, promised results are contingent upon Strict Participation Requirements. Any breach of the following points will nullify the guarantee: Students must participate in 100% of scheduled lessons with at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling. All practice exams, drills, and coursework must be submitted by the specified deadlines. The student is required to take the official SAT/ACT on the date predetermined at the beginning of the program, and mandatory participation in all proctored mock exams is required to monitor performance benchmarks. Should the student meet all conditions without achieving the target score, the remedial actions outlined in the signed program contract will be implemented.

3. Standard Tutoring Disclaimer: For programs outside of the Guaranteed tier, Ivy Prep Edu provides expert instruction but does not guarantee specific score gains or university admissions results.

4. Attendance and Schedule Management: We require at least 24 hours notice for any scheduling changes. Sessions missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be billed at the full rate. Lessons conclude at the scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments, regardless of a student's late arrival.

5. Financial Terms: All service fees must be prepaid. All transactions are final. Ivy Prep Edu does not issue refunds for completed instruction, unused balance, or prepaid packages.

6. Intellectual Property Protection: All curriculum, proprietary strategies, and materials are exclusively for the student's personal use. The copying, recording, or distribution of these resources is strictly forbidden and may trigger legal proceedings.

7. Ethical Standards: Ivy Prep Edu is committed to academic honesty. We will not ghostwrite essays or engage in any form of academic fraud. We reserve the right to cancel services due to disrespectful or unethical conduct without refunding any remaining balance.

8. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim related to our services is capped at the total amount paid by the client for the specific program involved.
